It was fine once we abord. Mzny snafus happened before then. Gérald fail keep us informed about payments etc. But once we Thete were loads of snafus with Gerald and kerping up our accounts However when we met in Miami he was quite capable and provided assistance as we went thru the process of getting on board. I would suggest having meet n great at the beginning of the cruise with name tags and introductions. I like Virgin especially the food and all the activities. Also unlike this time I would prefer more than one port of call.
